Do you offer free quotes?
Yes — every quote is free and most are delivered the same day. For most homes we can quote from photos and property details; larger or commercial properties get an in-person walkthrough.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. Pro Solutions carries general liability insurance, and certificates of insurance are available on request for commercial and HOA clients.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Treasure Valley: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, and surrounding communities.
Is soft washing safe for my landscaping and pets?
Yes. We pre-soak and rinse all landscaping, use biodegradable detergents, and keep application pressure low. Pets should stay inside during service and can be back out as soon as we finish rinsing.
How does holiday light installation work?
We design a display custom-fit to your roofline, install commercial-grade LEDs with timers, fix any outages free all season, then take everything down in January and store it for next year.
How do the service plans work?
Plans put your exterior care on autopilot: we schedule each visit in advance, you get member pricing on everything, and there are no contracts — pause or cancel anytime.
Do I need to be home during service?
Not for exterior work — we just need access to water and gates. For interior window cleaning, someone 18 or older should be home to let us in.
